El presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador anunció que en diciembre de este año ya estará funciones la Línea 3 del Tren Ligero de Guadalajara, una obra que quedó inconclusa en la administración anterior.
“Vamos a terminar este año el Metro y ¿por qué es una buena noticia?, porque se demoraron mucho las obras, se hicieron mal los cálculos, hasta se quería inaugurar y se pensó en el gobierno anterior de que se terminaba el Metro con una inversión de mil millones de pesos”, señaló en conferencia prensa.
Sin embargo, agregó, se hizo la revisión y, para terminarlo, después de muchos daños ocasionados y que han padecido en Guadalajara y la zona metropolitana, se necesitarán cuatro mil 500 millones de pesos en total para terminarlo en diciembre.
“Tomamos la decisión de reunir recursos, dándole prioridad a esta obra para que ya se concluya, esta es una buena noticia para los habitantes de Guadalajara, de Jalisco, de toda la zona metropolitana de Guadalajara, Zapopan, y otros municipios”, apuntó.
El mandatario federal señaló que “ya se tomó la decisión, se van a hacer las transferencias de recursos para que en diciembre, es el compromiso que estamos haciendo, para que ya esté funcionando el Metro de Guadajalajara”.
“Nosotros somos más partidarios de terminar pronto las obras, y no dispersar tanto el presupuesto, sino utilizar más presupuesto para darle terminación a las obras y esto es lo que se va a hacer en este caso”, dijo.
